The Most Amazing Garage Sale!

This was the most organized garage sale I have ever been too.

I should have taken pictures.

Every single thing was in a plastic bag and labeled with a description and a price.

She said this was blessed at the Vatican!
It's beautiful!

These are lace tissue covers from South Africa!
She even put new boxed of tissues in each one.

I love this old frame.
Of course it will be shabbied up.

I'm not sure what you do with these.
They hold something.
All hand made.

Great linens!

Just turn your head to the left and you can see most of my treasures.
(I couldn't tell it was sideways when I downloaded it, sorry)
You should have seen the old silver and other old collectables.
Each item had a Google discription and what it was selling for online.
She didn't price these things just wanted you to make an offer.
I don't like that!  Because if I offer her $1.00 she would be insulted so I stayed away from those things.
I might go back this morning as see how it's going.
Enjoy your Friday and if you are junking or shopping~good luck!
I'm linking with Thrifty Things Friday at The Thrifty Groove..head on over and see all the treasures!
And also Vintage Inspiraiton Friday over at Common Ground!

This sounds like such a fun sale. I wouldn't like that either...you don't know what to offer. Love all your pretty purchases.

Wow, you got some wonderful treasures. It was funny about the sideways photo! I did turn my head sideways and it worked. ha ha I don't like it when a sale says "Make an Offer," for the same reasons you indicated. Hope you have a nice day today. Susan

You got some wonderful treasures! The soup tureen and the pocket watch are wonderful finds!

I'm pretty sure the little round doilies that look like they hold something are made to fit over the base of stemware....they catch any drips from condensation. I link if you google "stemware coasters" you might find some.

I visiting from Common Ground today. Have a great weekend!!

Wow, what a great sale! And all your treasures are wonderful. I don't like the whole "Make me an offer" type of thing either. I never know where to start. Like you said, if it is left up to me, I am always going to offer a dollar to start. Thank you for joining TTF. I hope you have a great weekend!

I was also thinking those little circle pouches would be good for stemware. So when WILL you be serving that wine? Great finds - CG and I are checking it out tomorrow. Ann

That sounds like the most unusual garage sale ever. Those round things are coasters. They slip over the bottom of a wine glass and then stay on the bottom of the glass.
