Halloween costume in the making!

My daughter found this Betsy Johnson dress for $15.00 at a second hand shop. Isn't it great! First thing I thought of was Pebbles. So off I go to the thrift to find a bone. Guess what I find! Take a look at Bailey in the previous post. I was so excited, I thought she would be also. But no, she wants to be a cat. Oh well, I will save it for next year. Anyway she might change her mind. One more day!

Homecoming!

Aren't they soooo cute!

Mine is the one on the right.

These are both mine. I'm so proud! They are both good kids.

She really liked her hair.

Thanks for looking and listening.

Why I go to Montana

The view from the front porch. That is Flathead Lake in the distance.

My little house. And yes, the living room is skinny.

My pictures are not very good. But I do hope to get better. I should have made the bed or closed the door. I didn't stay at the house because it is closed down for the winter. I stayed with my daughter in her new apt. in Whitefish Montana with a view of the ski mountain-not to shabby. She says she's living the life.

We call this the Florida room because it's all windows. We use it as a mud room.

When we bought the place there was a log across the doorway about 2feet off the floor. You had to step over it to get in the room. We have no idea why.

Another view of the Florida room/mud room.

A----- studying.

Friends

See you guys at Thanksgiving.

Everyone have a fun weekend.

Chaps!

I'm finally here again. I was in Spokane with my oldest daughter this week and couldn't wait to take her to my mostest favorite place-Chaps!
A----- absolutely loved it.

We didn't get there until 2pm and they closed at 3pm so we were the only ones there. It was great. Celeste came down stairs and was just to sweet. She actually remembered me from being there this summer during the Farm Chick Show. Really topped off our trip.
They are putting in a bakery. It will be done be Christmas. I'm sure it will be amazing.
So if you are in Spokane you have to go to Chaps.
Celeste, thanks for making me feel so special.

Look at what I got!

I'm so excited. My first Etsy buy and it could not be more perfect. From Tara at http://blondiensc.typepad.com/blondie_n_san_clemente/. The only problem now is she has another one. I can't have them all, I will let someone else have that one.
Thank you Tara!

Homecoming week!

This was 3 years ago. Now E.... on the right is a senior. My last homecoming, I have had 13 years straight years of homecomings. Lots and lots of dresses. I'm pretty good at it by now.

I have been pretty darn busy. Had a huge rummage sale last week at the school. We made over $4,000.00! Trying to buy our yearbook teacher a new Mac Lab.

And, I'm off to Montana on Monday. Meeting up with my oldest daughter A..... in Spokane so she can take her boards for Occupational Therapy Assistant. Then we drive over to Montana.
But not until we have dinner at Chaps. I better check to make sure it's open. My favorite place. I plan on checking out Spokane for some good shops. If anyone knows of good junk or thrift stores let me know.

I'm sorry I haven't been blogging much. If anyone is listening. I only know how to add my own pictures. I can't figure out how to add inspiration pictures or anything from other places, if that makes sense.

You all have a happy week!

WHAT IS IT!

This is by my front door right next to the mailbox. It's 6 inches long about 3 inches wide.
Woolly legs

Kind of pretty but scary.

I'm sure someone out there in blog land knows.
