Weekend Treasures...

I found this last weekend in Jacksonville when I visited my daughter.

He had it full of tools and a pretty high price of $50.00!

Well, I didn't pay $50.00 and I didn't get the tools.
I just love the color the size and the metal handle.

I bought this at the thrift store.  I like the size but didn't like the color.
I almost forgot the before.

Here it is after!!

I love it!

I had to stop for another Tababola tree.

I love what they do to the ground.
My friend Susie of From My Home to Yours says the flowers dry up nicely.
I haven't tried it yet but I will.

I have one that's about 2 inches tall.  I probably won't be living here when it blooms.

I hope you are enjoying your Monday.  We just keep having the most beautiful weather here in Orlando, I know the heat is just around the corner.
Thank you for visiting me, your comments brighten my day!!

I love the tool box - what a great fine.

And since I'm unfamiliar w/the golden leaved tree, I'm guessing you weren't talking about Jacksonville, TX?

What a great weekend you had!

The birdcage is so sweet now that it's had a pretty white makeover. It looks so much nicer now!

I adore that toolbox. The tree is gorgeous. I guess they don't grow up here in Ohio since I've never heard of one. Just another reason to move to Florida!

Awesome finds! Love them both! Wow! that tree is absolutely breath taking! I wonder if they would grow here in N.C.? Have a great day Sue!

Oh cool. I have caught up and now I'm up to date. That tree is gorgeous!! Certainly a reason to catch up but not necessarily to work backwards.

I have one of those tool boxes. I plant flowers in them every year. It finally rotted out and I found another one (cheap-not $50) but it is a peach color (ugly). Got to get it painted quick. Planting season will soon be upon us. (We are having beautiful weather in the midwest too.)
