Look at what I made!

I found a huge piece of jute at an estate sale.



The lace on the top came from a giveaway I won from Jamie at Remnants.

The crocheted circles came from an estate sale.

I found the vintage pin at a garage sale.

The lining is an old kitchen towel a friend gave to me.

I think it turned out real cute.

I don't know why this photo went sideways but you can still see the inside.

It's here all the way from Italy!

Zaira from Little Emma English Home had a giveaway last April and I won!

It just arrived today-June 28Th-one day after my birthday.

I think the post service put it on a row boat.

I knew it would get here.

It just made the anticipation greater!

I was so excited when I saw it sticking out of the mail box.

I can't wait to sit down and look and read each and every word.

These magazines are so beautiful

I truly get so much inspiration from them.

I always go to Barnes and Noble to get these.

I don't have this one.

I love it!

It's my birthday!

My sweet-amazing-beautiful-thoughtful daughter sent me these from Whitefish Montana!

She knows me so well.

Sunflowers are my favorite!

And this is my birthday buddy! This is Big J. and he is my first great nephew out of 5.

I wished him to be born on my birthday and he was. I do have some powers.

So happy birthday to us!

He's 5 and I'm not!

A whole world outside the Thrift Store!

My good friend, The Boston Lady, took me out into the world away from my thrift store and look at what I found!

I couldn't believe my eyes!

I filled a cart at this place.

I do have to say now I know where the stuff comes from in the thrift store.

I didn't buy anything this time but I did get a good look around.



Oh my! This was so good. But it will have to be a very special treat.

It takes my breath away

I can't read the words but the photos tell me a a lot!

Look at that perfect chippy top.

My living room is small so I have trouble with coffee tables. I have had quite a few different ones and end up hating them and getting rid of them.

This one is perfect and I love it!
