Vintage Chic Affairs

Well, I suppose you have been wondering where I have been.  I feel like I have been cheating on you, starting a blog

Kathy and I have started a new business together.  After collecting for about a year we feel like we are ready to start Vintage Chic Affairs, a vintage wedding rental company.
Here is just a sample of what we have to offer you for your vintage eclectic wedding or party!
Vintage style weddings are so much fun, so much inspiration all over the Internet.  Pinterest has been a great source for great ideas for not a lot of money.
Kathy and I both have wedding boards on our Pinterests that you can go visit.

I love this cute little couple I found that I see on a gift table, candy bar or even the cake table.
For that perfect vintage look, they are dated 1976.  When did 1976 become vintage?  That's scary to me.

Just a little sample of what we have.

Here are our eclectic dessert plates set up in a vintage suitcase beside the cake table.

This is our friends sons wedding we helped style.  We had so much fun and starting realizing this is what we would like to do.  So we started collecting what we loved.  Our inventory is growing everyday.  We are not wedding planners, we want to work with you and your planner.  If you want just one piece of milkglass or all our champagne glasses we are happy to have you.

Lindsey, the bride, chose what each table would have and put the items in a box.  She had 16 tables so 16 boxes, I thought that was a great idea.

So Lindsay had her hand on every table, she was there without being there.

Absolutely loved the flowers she chose for her cake.  This proves you don't have to have a huge expensive cake.  I think this is my favorite, classic style.
The vintage photo is ours.

All ready for the party to start, the room looked so pretty.
Another view of our desserts plates at our friends Zach and Lindsey's wedding we helped style.
Well, this is just a small sample of what we have, go visit our FB for more pictures and keep checking at our blog, Vintage Chic Affairs, to see more.
Renting is such a good idea if you want the vintage look.  This solves the problem of what do you do with the 50 milkglass bud vases, 100 vintage dinner and dessert plates, champagne glasses.
So think of Vintage Chic Affairs when you are planning your vintage wedding or event.

Well, I do miss my blog and you.  I promise to try and blog this blog more, if you care.
Please visit our FB and Like us.

I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.

hugs....

Of course I care!!!!! I almost cried seeing these pictures and am sending the link over to Miss Lindsey. You and Kathy have such a great sense of style and endless imaginations. You both see the beauty in the smallest detail and bring old things back to a beautiful life. Ann

Best wishes on your new adventure! It looks like you're off to a great start. I love the flowers on the cake, too. Our oldest daughter carried a bouquet of the round yellow flowers for her very casual wedding.

Great photos!

Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so
I guess I'll just sum it up what I had written and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying
your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but
I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any points for first-time blog writers? I'd certainly
appreciate it.
