Waiting......

Waiting is hard. I'm trying to be good about it. I can usually take a few days but it's been two weeks and now he is not coming home until next weekend. The hardest time is dinner time. I never know if my two girls will be home for dinner..so what do I cook. I don't like cooking for one. I don't know how. So I eat cereal or yogurt and that doesn't work for me. Let me just tell you it's hard when you are use to doing for 5 and then it's just you. I'm a little lost. K...is 20 and going to UCF to be an engineer! What a smarty. She moving out of her apt. today and moving home. That's ok-we are glad. I just never know when she will be here. E....17 will be a senior this year. She is an editor on the yearbook staff. She is a busy girl. A.....27 is staying in Montana for now. Things start changing fast. Vacations become difficult because they all can't go anymore-jobs, school, growing up. So, this is what blogging is so good for. I wish I had it when mine where young. I wasn't good about journaling. This is great. Well thank you for listening. It helps to write it down. I have to clean out the shed today to put K....things in storage. Oh ya, that's another thing. They come an go!
Have a great weekend! It will be here soon.

I'm Back from beautiful Montana!

Hello everyone, we got back Friday. To get back we went planes, trains and automobile. We took the train from Whitefish Montana to Spokane Washington-how beautiful was that. I loved seeing the rural country and Mountains.
My hubbie is still there with the camera so I don't have pictures yet.
We ended up going 3,130 miles. Made a lot of site seeing stops. It was great. I had the map on my lab and said go that way. Thru Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas(tkt going thru construction area 67 in a 45),Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, a little bit of Wyoming(Yellowstone) then last stop Lakeside Montana-7days. We have a cabin in Lakeside with a view of Flathead Lake. My oldest daughter is staying there to do a clinical in Occupational Therapy(OT). She thinks she might stay and work for a while. That's big for a Florida girl. We will see-whatever she wants to do.
Glad to be home and back to my world.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

Me

Ok, here I am with my Pokey little puppy (17yrs old) who is no longer with us. I do wonder what people look like-so I thought other people might also. I don't think I will be putting too many pictures of myself in here.
Getting ready for the drive. 2,800 miles! Packing will be a challenge. We have a small SUV with a luggage carrier on top that my sister gave us. That will really help alot. It should take about 6 days with some siteseeing. Two of my three daughters are going and we are all full grown so it will be a long trip. Wish us luck!

Bailey

I would like for you to meet Bailey. He is the best dog ever. We are leaving Sunday for Montana and I have to leave him. I did just get a house sitter that I'm thrilled with. That's not an easy job. So I feel much better about going.
I will be gone until the end of July-so there won't be much blogging.
I'm learning how to do the pictures on my own. So, if I can do it anybody can!
Have a great day,
Sue

My second post!

This seems silly-but I do love this. I have so much to figure out. But that's ok. I have lots of time.
Husband went riding. He rides dirt bikes. I know when he is riding all is good. We leave next Sunday for Lakeside Montana for about a month.

My three girls are all alseep. So I'm thinking about all those yard sales and estate sales waiting or me.

For Fathers day it's breakfast in bed!

Have a great weekend!

Just Do It!

I have been thinking about this for a long time. I discovered blogging last October. I have enjoyed following blogs and finding new ones all over the world. I'm not a computer person at all-so this is a learn as you go thing. I feel like I'm trying to join a club in High School-do they still do that? It's a little scary-will anybody like me? I guess I will see.
