Where have you been?! Just kidding, where have I been.
I'm still having trouble with my lap top, I have been to lazy to sit here at the house computer.
Anyhoo, can you see them? Hiding among those beautiful plastic flowers.
At first I didn't see them, they were stuffed in with all the fake plants at the thrift.
The closer I got the more excited I got!
I ripped those flowers off, boy were they glued on tight. I can cover that!
I have plans for them.
Now I have five toppers! I guess I should have taken a picture of all of them, I'll do that later and show you.
They are getting harder to find for a good price around here.
And they were a good price at $3.93! Including the plastic flowers!!
Other then the glue on the bottom of the stand they are in great shape!
They are dated 1959!
Aren't they beautiful?!
I like to show you what's blooming at my house.
I can always count on my impatiens. I guess they took the T off impatiens. I know there was one there before.....before what, I don't know..haha
If I keep them cut back they fill out nicely.
I'm always looking for old work boots to fill with flowers.
These have my Katie plants I bought at Publix a couple years ago and this is the first time they have had a good bloom on them.
They also root very easy!
I love my chicken feeder I bought from Shelley at Sweet Pea Home.
I will fill it with flowers soon, it's quit large so I'm afraid it will be too heavy to hang when it's full of dirt and plants.
I don't usually do red but I do like the puff flowers.
I love this old heavy metal planter I bought at a garage sale years ago.
Here is my big boy that I love so much. He's doing pretty well, he is starting to limp more but his spirit is great.
For those that don't know, Bailey has cancer.
Isn't this pretty?! I always get one bloom at a time, I wish it would just explode with blooms.
See her? She's is chomping away at that milk weed.
I love watching them grow each day.
It's funny because I usually can not find where they go to make there chrysalis.
We sure did have a mild winter this year. I think we only had one time when the temputure went below freezing and I was in Montana.
I'm linking with Debra at Common Ground this week, so make sure you get over there and visit other great vintage finds!
Have a happy Friday and weekend if I don't see you..hehehe.

Have a nice weekend!
Hugs, Sylvia
What fun! I can't wait to see what you do with the newlyweds. Your yard is lovely. Now I know that it is springtime. I love that Bailey. He is a good boy. Give him kisses from me. Hugs!
Your yard is so beautiful. I can tell you've put a lot of love into it! Hoping mine will fill out like this someday - have a lovely weekend!
What a great find! I love your planter, too. I'll keep my eyes open for dilapidated boots...I'm sure Duncan would love to see you dragging those home! Sunny and up to 60 today, maybe...HOPE
Nooo... who are you?? LOL!! Sorry to hear you´re still having problems with your computer. The wedding couple is lovely. You have to show your collection some day. I don´t know anything about collecting toppers. Are they rare to find?
Bailey is such a fine dog. I think of him every now and then and wonder how he´s doing. Thanks for the update. I feel sad for him and you.
You have so many pretty flowers in your garden. I´m so jealous! It will take a while before it starts blossoming around here. It´s very very early spring here, with cold air and yesterday it snowed again. Luckily, it melted away quickly. The spring cleaning will have to wait, it´s too dry and dusty in the air right now.
Have a great weekend Sue!
Many hugs Sanna
Love that garden of yours...lots of garden art!!!
Sylvia
OK, you win, here's the deal I was at the thrift for an hour before Sue, nope I missed them, all I saw was a bunch of plastic flowers...Darn, Darn, Darn, But then I knew you had a collection started and it was meant to be!!
Carol
You have outdone yourself with that wedding topper. I don't know how you spot these things, but I need to hang around with you more. I hope we get to do our thing on Thursday!!! {{Bailey}} Ann
