Our friend made this for us when we got married.  My husband keeps it in the garage on the work bench so he doesn't forget.
Let's see if he forgets today.
Happy Anniversary Duncan
Love you so much!!
To bad you don't read my blog!!

A few decorations....

I bought this at a Thrift store for $1.00 with the $45.00 price tag still on it!!
I was going to sell it but I changed my mind because I like it.

I'm still pulling things out and deciding where to put them.
I think I need some snow on the ground here.

See what I did here?  I took a vintage glass door knob and glued a little Christmas tree on it.
I think it's cute.

I didn't see the stove in the background when I took this..yuk..

I think I have too much in this room, I have to work on it.  I'm just getting things out.
A few more of my vintage Christmas balls.
More later!

After Renningers.....Mt Dora

So after I spent the afternoon at Renningers I thought I would head to downtown Mt Dora.
It was a beautiful day.

What a pretty little town.  My mother in law lives in Mt Dora, so we have been coming here for a long time.
We would bring the girls here to see the Christmas lights when they were little.

Pretty windows.

I needed some Annie Sloan Chalk paint so I thought I would stop in at High Falootin Junk.

Denna sells Annie Sloan paint.  She is so good at what she does.
This is the most amazing paint, if you have any questions Denna can answer them.

I just love this snowman!  I met the girl that makes them at our Flea Market at Art Angels, she had a booth there.  I was surprised to see her work at Denna's shop,  we are all connected somehow.
I bought a mounted deer head from her, it's perfect for Christmas.
I need to find out her name again.

Make sure you stop to visit Denna at High Falootin Junk if you are ever in Mt Dora.
She's right downtown in the Renaissance building.

First we have to do the Turkey Trot downtown Orlando by Lake Eola.
It's a tradition here.  I ran it the first couple years, then one year I let my hubby go first and then just waited for him.  Everyone thought I ran it...hehe
This year I will walk it, maybe.
Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends in blogland!!
Do you do black Friday?  I don't...
Have fun!

ps...turkey trot done...

Bailey and Treasures......

My sweet boy, he doesn't know he has cancer.  I'm not telling him.

He's the best.  He told me he would live forever.  It makes me sad.
I just want him to have a  happy life.  He will tell me when it's time.
I love you Bailey!!!

My treasures from Renningers.
Have you seen the magazine Folk?

I have not look at it yet.
It looks amazing!

I love these cute little stars.

I collect vintage paint by numbers.

I like either western, winter scenes.
I already have a few, they are not easy to find at a good price anymore.

Look at this thing.  I'm not exactly sure what it is, but it's so cool.
I see it as a plant stand or  with some kind of bowl holding ice with drinks for a party.
What do you see?

Perfect rusty crusty and look at that cute wheel!
I have not told you yet, I bought myself a new camera with my Fancy Flea Money.  I think this pictures is beautiful.
It's a Canon Power Shot sx40 HS!
I love it!!
I know nothing about cameras so I went to the camera shop that my Dad went to for years.  I asked the man if he was patient.
It's not a complicated camera but it takes great pictures on AUTO.

I went to visit Amanda this weekend in Jacksonville Florida.
This is where she lives on the bottom floor.
It's an old building with the original wood floors and beautiful tall windows.
I could do so much with this place.
I found that chair in the trash across the street, it's perfect for her to sit outside with her kitty.

And this is my cute little table next to my sofa where I read my blog and post.
It looks like flowers are in my coffee cup, nope.

Linking with Kristin's Tuesday's Treasures.  Well I tried to link, it didn't work.  So I will try again tomorrow.
Is anyone else having trouble with posting and linking?
Hope you are enjoying your evening.
