What happened to her eggs?!! And my Prom Dress from Farm Chicks!!

I'm so sad...
What happened to her babies, I know she must be so sad.
And will this one make it?
I wish I could help her, be there for her when she needs a break to eat something or pee. I will keep you posted!
And here she is!
I just love her.

She's a litte wrinkled because she was mailed to me in a small box.

I love the soft pink and the beautiful soft shoulder straps.
They are removeable to be strapless!

She has a beautiful pink satin bow in the back.
I always say..no bows on my butt..but I might forget that rule this one time. If I could wear it.
It says it's size 12, well it's not!
No pictures of me trying it on...ever!

See the pretty bow..

Lots of fluff!

I just know this is the one I would have picked out long ago for the Prom.

I'm still dreaming.
Have a wonderful Friday blogging friends.
I do appriciate everyone visiting. It makes my day so much more happy.
xoxo

Your dress is fabulous! It will be beautiful just hanging on a hanger in a bedroom. So sad about your eggs...any snakes or crows or hawks in your yard???

A snake or larger bird of prey probably got her eggs. That's a shame.

The dress is beautiful. It's funny how designers change their sizes over time. From the picture it looks like a size 6 instead. It would be lovely displayed on a dress form in the corner of a bedroom.~Ames

I love that dress! You MUST wear it to THE wedding in Sept! It is really beautiful. As for the eggs, I suspect critters got to them. How sad. I hope #1 makes it. I will work an egg-guarding shift if you need me to. Simply pay me with a glass of wine... Ann

Sometimes the mother bird will push an egg or eggs out of the nest if she knows/senses they're not going to hatch.

Your pink prom dress is just DREAMY. The eggs - we know it's all part of the big circle but it still makes you wish nature were a little kinder, doesn't it?
So pleased to have found your blog from Pink Saturday - am a new follower now.

Hi KarenSue,

The dress is gorgeous!! I wish you would put it on and show us - or maybe one of your daughters..? I love the fluff :)

So sad to hear about the eggs. I wonder what happened. A big bird may have taken them and mama bird did not have a reason to stay in the nest anymore..

Happy week to you!

Hugs,
Sanna
