Last day of high school!

Can you believe it?!
I sure can't.
I remember having my first of three thinking I want all of them to graduate from Boone just like I did.
Well this is number three!
I'm just so proud of her, she has grown into a beautiful, thoughtful and caring person.

I think Bailey is proud also.

Enjoy your day like we will!

Getting in the beach mode!

This is not where we are staying. It's just a little too big for us. I'm afraid I would get lost somewhere in the house.
This could be where I have my coffee in the morning or a light lunch.

This is more like it for me.

Just a little inspiration to get in the beach mode.
Hope you are all having a good week.
After the beach then it's off to the Farm Chick show!

Peonies, my girls, Jack, gardenias

Aren't they amazing?!

I have never seen them in the grocery store in Florida.

They don't grow here and are very expensive at a florist.

Karla at Classy and Fabulous posted about them and she is in my area.

I had to wait a day before I could get to Whole Foods and was sure they would be gone.

I was so excited to find them.

My photo's are not very good like Karla's but I think you can still see the beauty in them.

And here are my girls. Amanda in the middle was home from Whitefish Montana where she moved to last summer. I'm so proud of her for making that move. This is the first time she came home.

Emily on the left is graduating for high school and Katies is a junior in college.

And this is the newest member of our family. The good thing is he is Katie's and she doesn't live here. I do baby sit sometimes.

This is Jack.

I picked these this morning.

They make the whole house smell so good.

I hope all you bloggers have a great day!

Hot and sunny here.

Summer has arrived, I'm going out to clean that awful pool.

Look what came in the mail for me!

I won Jamie's giveaway at Remnants!

She said it would be a surprise and boy is it.
I just can't believe what she sent to me.

Lots of vintage things, like doilies and lace trim that I will be using real soon. And a vintage pillowcase that I happen to collect! The cutest little painting set I ever saw. I love these half size index cards.

This is her business card she made.
Made in Montana!

Sweet heart jello mold.

Vintage book keeping records and sales receipts that are so cool. If you could see what I have in my office you would know it's something I would have.

It's funny to me that Jamie was able to send me things that are me. You get me Jamie!
Thank you so much!
I hope you are enjoying your day like I am.

Close call for Binky!

This is Binky, he is 11 years old. This is a good picture of him. He has been sick for a while now. We spent $400.00 on him a couple months ago so they could tell us there is something wrong with his kidneys. I give him a pill everyday. He always is starving, I started feeding him wet food in hopes that it would put some weight on him, it hasn't. Well, this morning he didn't come running when I opened the can, he didn't even get up. I thought this isn't good. He would not even drink his half and half! I really thought this was it. He laid around all day all with his eyes half open. And then all of a sudden he got up wanted food and water and food again! He is back! I really thought this was it, if you could hold him and feel his bones you would think the same thing. If it had not been Sunday and the vet was closed I might have taken him in to be put down, it was that bad! He is one lucky kitty and I do love him. I will feed him all he wants until it's time. I won't let him suffer.
I sat with him all day long.

Binky ate a snake head yesterday. Maybe that made him sicker then he is.
It turned out to be a good day. Now I'm off to my nephew's family birthday party at the lake.
Hope you are having a good Sunday!
Thank you for listening.
